Communication Associates is one New York business that has started the new year off right by adding Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers (PRI), a Long Island-based malpractice insurance company, to its growing family of clients.

PRI is among the top 12 carriers in the nation and the second-largest malpractice insurance carrier in New York state.

Competing with three other advertising agencies for the account, David Rampulla, CA president, felt that "what separated us from the rest was the background knowledge we obtained by speaking with physicians on what they wanted most from an insurer."

Jennifer Loviglio, PRI's marketing coordinator, said, "We were extremely happy with the creative ideas they submitted and the research they conducted in our market. They [ CA ] showed they were hardworking and eager to do a good job; we're very excited."

Communication Associates is a New York - based, full-service advertising agency. Established in 1987 by David J. Rampulla, CA handles numerous medical, financial, automotive and retail clients in the tri-state area.
